Beer Menu

When we decided to add beer to our menu (we needed something to pair with our excellent Panini sandwiches), we didn’t want to have just any old beer. An iconic café deserved an iconic beer. After getting hundreds of signatures from our customers requesting it (and yes, some begging), we were able to procure beer from the most sought-after brewery around. Russian River Brewing! We are very proud and humbled to add their great beers to our beverage list. Hanging out under our Pergola just got better! 

Beer and Wine service starts at 3pm on weekdays, 12 noon on weekends.

 

Blind Pig IPA

A full-bodied, very hoppy brew with citrus, pine, fruity notes, and a nice dry, bitter finish! This West Coast-style IPA is true to its style as it is very hop-forward with just enough malt character and alcohol to balance it out. 6.25% ABV | 70 IBU

STS Pils

“STS” is the 3-letter code for the local Sonoma County airport, the Charles M. Schulz Airport. STS Pils is a classic German-style pilsner but with a Russian River twist because they dry hop this beer with a small amount of European hops. It is straw in color and will often have a slight haze due to the fact that there is a small amount of yeast left in the beer. This beer is hop-forward with a firm malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.

A truly great Pilsner is a difficult beer to perfect, as its light crisp flavor profile leaves little room for error. Modern brewing techniques (such as open-top fermentation) and old-world traditions create the distinct qualities in STS Pils. 6.25% ABV | 70 IBU

We have wine too! Rose, Chardonnay and Merlot.
